[Flexradio] Flex 3000 not responding

I have a Flex 3000 which is not communicating with my computer . I have
another one which does . first question, any ideas and the second one is,
how do I reset it to factory defaults?

Don,

The main components are:
The firewire interface on the computer
The firewire cable
The firewire port on the 3000.

Try replacing the cable with the one that works and if it still doesn't
work, you know the cable is okay.

If you can see the other radio with the same firewire port on the computer,
then you can eliminate that.

That would leave the radio's firewire port to be at blame (or the radio
itself).
